Return Policy for American Hawk Industrial Products

30 Day Return Policy on unopened and unused products must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product. 

Machines cannot be returned once they have been used.

Customer is responsible for the cost of returning freight items.

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of returned product.

Abrasives can only be returned if unopened and customer is responsible for return shipping.

A restocking fee of up to 20% can be applied to the return.

Any damaged cause in the return process will be at customer fault, so please make sure and repackage product as it was received. 

For any faulty parts, please contact customer service for a replacement. Please provide a description of the issue with the part and photos or video when necessary.
