Built from heavy-duty steel and finished in a durable powder coat, this cabinet is engineered for long-term industrial use. It features high-output LED lighting, top-of-the-line heavy-duty blasting gloves, and a foot pedal blasting system that allows for precise control and reduced operator fatigue.
The spacious 36” x 24” x 18” work area accommodates a wide range of parts, while the redesigned modular work surface grates can be repositioned or removed to support irregular-shaped components. A shock-assisted clamshell lid provides easy access for larger parts, complemented by a side access door for quick loading of smaller items.
To ensure clean operation and consistent blasting performance, the cabinet includes a redesigned hopper filter that minimizes debris entering the blast system, along with the C3976 dust collector featuring a 100 CFM exhaust system (115V). The internal blasting system uses a 3/8” I.D. reinforced rubber air hose, delivering reliable airflow to the blast gun.
